Game Mode?


  • The fighters page goes in-depth with all the characters yet we have no idea about the context of the matches. Is there an objective or is this just team deathmatch? Can you respawn? Will there be multiple modes? It seems like a huge detail that's missing.


  • @I-Segab-I It looks like you do re spawn because one of Zero Cool's supers says "For a short time, the targeted ally will immediately return to life if killed." which implies you do re spawn but with a delay. Hope this helps!


  • same i would like to know the structure of matches? battle royale/team-deathmatch etc?


  • @John-gramm Maps will probably not be big enough for BR, maybe there will be an FFA mode at some point thoug, for now the game looks like Objective Based or pure TDM


  • I watched a Youtube video where players who tried the game at E3 but can't show the gameplay spoke about objectives to capture.

    Now here is game modes want to be added
    Base Capture
    Charged Ultimate Smash
    Seasonal Event
    Closing Spike Walls of Death Cage Match


  • 4v4 is cool, great, fantastic, but i hope they add a mode that has more players just to bring a massive chaotic war.

    The goal for such a mode doesn't have to be anything deep, maybe just elimination team death match.

    Also I would love a capture the flag mode, doesn't have to be a flag, it could be a cybernetic prop or something


  • @I-Segab-I The technical alpha will launch with 2 game modes.

    1/ Objective Control - capture objectives to earn points. Between 1 and 3 objectives are open simultaneously, and turn on/off in phases. Getting a kill also gives your team points. This is the mode we have showing at E3.

    2/ Power Collection - in the collection phase your team collects power-cells from around the map, then in delivery phase one, two or three delivery zones activate where you can hand them in to score points. If you kill an enemy who is holding cells, they'll drop them and you can steal!

    In both modes you have a short respawn time after dying.

    Looks Awesome, could you please tell us how many modes will be available at launch?
    And how many character we can use in Alpha?

    Man I wrote this whole reply n ideas but it didnt send.

    But here is what I said. I dont think you will ever see 1v1 or 2v2 or 3v3. Reason why the game probably was balanced to be team objective based....it should never deviate from that. I have some suggestion where they could go.:

    1. A protect your healer mode. Kill the other team healer....u win.

    2. Juggernaut: 1vs7 the 1 has no cool down on powers only ultimates but maybe shorter. The 7 work to kill that guy. N u score point but how long u are the juggernaut. The crown rotates.

  • In regards to map size, its actually decently sized. Larger than Overwatch maps, but nowhere near Batyle Royale sized. There are hoverboards to help travel quickly across the map.
